1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon successful payment through Stripe. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address once payment is verified.
2. Payment & Rates
- All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- All rates shown are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Dynamic pricing may apply, and rates can vary based on demand, season, and length of stay.
3. Cancellation & Modifications
- As all rates are non-refundable, cancellations are not permitted.
- Modifications to your booking (e.g., dates, number of guests) may be requested and are subject to availability and re-pricing. Additional charges may apply.
- No refunds will be issued for early departures or no-shows.
4. Guest Details & Occupancy
- The number of guests must be accurately declared at the time of booking.
- If more guests arrive than booked, you may be required to pay additional fees or your booking may be cancelled without refund.
- Children are not accommodated.
- Guests must provide valid identification upon check-in.
5. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM.
- Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please arrange these in advance.
6. Apartment Usage & Conduct
- All apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the building. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during their stay.
- Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Pets are not allowed.
7. Amenities & Services
- Access to building amenities (e.g., swimming pool, gym) is subject to the building's rules and operating hours.
- Housekeeping services and frequency will be communicated upon booking.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind after check-out.
8. Disclaimer
All At Jazz Makati reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
